My brother turned me on to you back in the 70s. I bought the Strange Universe album and still have it today. My son who is 16 was asking who I thought was one of best guiter player during my time, and of course your name was on top of my list. I turned my son on to you and he could not dispute why I thought you were the greatest. Hopefully I have turned on another generation to your music genius.

Your Rican Brother,
Nelson

I was born in March of the same year you were born. Saw the band at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, PA (Philly) way back in the 1970's. I now play guitar in my church. Could not get Mahogany Rush out of my mind all these years, especially "Nellie the Elephant"

52 and still strummin' in the Northeast
Peace out

I have been a fan since I was 17 years old. I am 50 years old now and still love Frank Marino's playing, songwriting and singing. I have enjoyed Frank Marino both solo and with one of the most underrated groups of all time....Mahogany Rush. Thank you for all the years of pleasure and hoping you are still plugging away. The one thing I want to before I leave this world is to see you live.

Thanks again,
Bob

Hello Frank
As an "expatriot" from Montreal I have seen you many times, performing and just "hangin" on Bishop and Mckay streets and such. I also had the great oppertunity to have Paul Harwood play in our band back in the eighties called "Private Eyes" in and around town, (along with Jim Zeller and Brian Greenway etc), as a drummer I really enjoyed Nicks work.
Gald to see you are still following your "calling" and kickin ass!! Best Guitarist I have had the privildge to brush greatness with.

Curtis

Mr. Marino, I gotta say, I caught your show at RamsHead on Stage, in Annapolis, MD, this past october. It is the 12th time I have seen you perform since I first discovered the first "Live" album, back in the late seventies. I, at the time, was into playing the drum kit, until, I discovered the unique riffs and style of your guitar playing. From that point of time in my life, I knew that I had to play a stringed instrument. I couldnt master the six string, but quickly learned that I have the soul within me, to keep the time! I have been playing the Bass Guitar ever since 1979. You really changed my outlook on the music industry when I was just a teenager. Basically, I think I owe You a WholeHearted Thank You! Rock On! Can't wait until You come around again! Russ!

Glad to be on board with all the marinoheads. I've seen many bands play dating back from the 70's, but none have reached the heights or touched my soul as deeply as Frank's. It's hard to pick a favorite album because every album has its special place, but Eye Of The Storm keeps drawing me in. I love its hypnotic compelling music. Thank you Frank
