Dear Frank I just wanted to let you know that you are one of the most phenomonal guitarist ever. There's nothing like electric blues. I have recently started a radio show in Parry Sound called the "Friday Night Electric Blues Show" It's a 4hr show and I play at least 2 of your songs each show. Your 16 minute version of voodoo child is as good as Jimi or Stevie's.

just wanted to say i have been spreading the word for years what an awesome guitarist and musician mr. marino was and is. for 30 years now since i first had the oppotunity to hear for myself back in the 70's while in highschool. the band was incredible and firmly believe that mahogany rush and robin trower were the two best things to come out of the 70's. thanks for the chance to say a few kind words.

Thought I'd drop in and say hello to one of my favorite guitarists. I go way back listening to your stuff. Best version of Purple Haze I've ever heard was from you at the Fox theater in Atlanta back in the 70's. I was in the middle of the 3rd row and my ears are still ringing and I think some of my DNA was re-arranged that night.smile Keep it up King-Bee!!!. Peace, DP

frank, had the pleasure of seeing the band at the "bicentennial jam" @rockford speedway on 07/04/76 in rockford, ill. just would like you to know how cool it was when you performed your take on "the star spangled banner". a perfect song for the day. would appreciate your comments on that day, if you have the time to respond on this memorable show. cheers, mal
