Ever since I first #heard you back in the seventy'sYou guys have been 1 of the best rock and roll bands I have ever heard. I would give my left nut to have been able to see you in concert back in the seventy's. just to be able to see you in concert would be a rush in itself. You guys are ahead of your time way ahead of your time.

With the introduction by one of my friends to Strange Universe in the 80's it became one of my instant favorite albums that still to this day is always on my heavy rotation. I cannot count how many people I have introduced you to.

I Love Music...I have Loved Music as long as I can remember. It is a form of Art that can touch you on so many different levels at the same time. You can Hear it, Feel it and even See it all at the same time as it is being created...When in the right frame of mind you can actually taste it as well........
My first "Favorite Band" was the Beach Boys...I'm talking 1963 when I was six years old...Then The Beatles, Cream and Hendrix.....Then Spirit, the Allman Brothers and Jethro Tull...Then Grand funk Railroad, The Grateful Dead, Rory Gallagher and Quicksilver Messenger Service...
Then in 1974 (at age 15) when I was at Village Music in Mill Valley, Ca. (My Home Town) I was looking through the "Cutout Bin" where the owner (John Goddard) put his "Promotional" records for sale CHEAP after he was done using them...I bought 2 Records that day for .50 each...Genesis- "Trespass" and Mahogany Rush- "Child of the Novelty".....Had never heard either band....I was completely blown away by both records...Amazing Music like I had never heard before!
I listened to the Genesis first and was really taken by all of the gorgeous acoustics on it, not to mention Peter Gabriels fantastic lyrics and vocals...But then I put on the Mahogany Rush album and I have NEVER been the same since.....I was transported totally out of this World.....The Album Art was the best I'd ever seen and the Music was the best I'd ever heard....
I have been to Hundreds of concerts and heard thousands of records since that day (Including 6 Mahogany Rush shows) and have never experienced Finer Music than that produced by Mahogany Rush.
"Eye of the Storm" is probably every bit as great as "Child", but it will never have the same spot in my Heart...
I don't listen to "Child" often so that it remains fresh...When the time is right I pull it out and it always delivers...
"Strange Universe" and "Juggernaut" are my next favorites after "Child" and' "Eye of the Storm"....But all of the albums (and CD's) are incredible!
I know for a fact that You are just an "Ordinary Man" Frank, but You have a Very Rare Talent....And you are Aware of it and it's Power and have used it Wisely....Bless You....
I hope that you are doing well and that life has been treating you good...
Please know that You have made my life much better by your Artistic Gift...
You have Enhanced my Vision.....
Much Love Always,
Ben...

Frank, I want to thank you for contributing so much to my musical tastes and experiences growing up in the world of rock in the mid ot late 70's in FL. Your music was a "requirement" in everyone's 8 track box and played regularly at parties or in the parking lot at school. You were (and still are) a legend. The industry has never respected your work enough and the Hall of Fame should be embarrassed that they don't have you as a deserving member. Keep on rockin and PLEASE come to Florida soon.

Frank,
Your music has always been part of my life and is ever present in my daily reflections on my life, past and present.
Your style, sound and persona are what I could identify with for so many years of my life.
Thank you for being the musical backdrop for so many of my memories.

My husband was a musician. He introduced me to Frank Marino's music MANY years ago & I have been a rabid fan ever since. I love his music, his voice & his enthusiasm. I still listen to him all the time. I don't care what anyone says - he is one of the best guitarists I have ever heard. I'd love to hear him on drums!

Have been a fan since the mid-seventies and still rock to it today. My mother is from Montreal, and it was she who originally turned me on to your music. Gotta love mom! Thanks for the years.

I got Strange Universe in about 76. Got to see you at Municipal Auditorium in Austin Texas in 77, and loved the guitar licks. WoW!! No one can make a guitar wail like Frank Marino. No one. Always been a fan, always will be. Godspeed Frank.
