In the 1974 or 75 I saw you in Amarillo Texas. I don't remember much the year have cause a haze. I do remember talking with mike at a house you-all stay at that night. I think he was the base player or the drummer at that time. Just wanted to let you know I was thinking about times past.
Take care

Sobriety is an amazing thing to a musician. You can actually remember all the cool ruffs and rhythms you come up with on the guitar!! Thanks for being an inspiration both in music and sobriety. I remember when it used to be sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll...now I'm just happy to have the sex and rock!

I was fortunate to see Mahogany Rush twice.....the second time in Okla. City with R.E.O. Speedwagon and the first was in Sacramento somewhere around '74 or '75 during high school days with Sabbath headlining and Ruby Starr (of Black Oak Arkansas fame)on the roster......Black Sabbath came on and after playing 6 songs stating they were having sound problems and left the stage.Full refund on tickets and got to see Frank for free but would have been plenty satisfied to have paid the full price for his performance.....should have been the headliner.... but curious.......was anyone visiting here at that concert?I never figured out if the reason for the short show was because Frank blew Sabbaths doors off or because the show didn't sell out...either way......GREAT concert!

I was a junior in high school when Maxoom came out. A few friends of mine and I heard it playing in a record shop that we used to hang out at and have been fans ever since. I don't pay much attention to what the media says about people because more often than not their "sources" get the story wrong. It's nice to hear the real story anyway. Any plans to play in Houston?

Saw Frank Live twice in the last few years, both shows were amazing. The Showcase Live show was beyond amazing. I took my wife and she was blown away she couldn't believe her eyes. She is now a huge fan and wants to see another show. Any idea when the live DVD will be released, can't wait for that. Thank you Frank for almost 40 years of great music, I have been a fan since my older brother brought home your first LP Maxoom, it cost a lot of money back then. He was always looking for new players and when he heard the LP playing in a local shop he picked it up. Since then I have continued waiting for new Frank music sometimes soon sometimes waaaaay later. But no matter how long the wait it is always worth it. Can't wait til you fire up the tour bus again.

Hi Frank,

I love your music since 1983 - too bad , a little to late to show up at the Neu-Isenburg gig 21. April - which I heard on tape afterwards .....
I literally went to hundreds of concerts ever since - THIS event at Hugenottenhalle would be the aim for me if HG Wells time machine would work........

KEEP ON ROCKIN -and maybe you could even tour Germany some day in the near future?!?
Horst
