Frank, along with Hendrix, Frank was THE guy that got me interested in playing guitar. After seeing him and his band appear on Don Kirscher's Rock Concert back in '75, my life was forever changed by that experienced. I've been in persuit of perfecting my skills as a guitarist ever since. So, I just wanted to take this time to let you know that you've played a part in enriching my life.

Thank you So much, Frank!
And PLEASE keep it coming!

I have been a fan of Frank Marino sice 1975. My brother-inlaw turned me on to this music. I attended a concert in Seattle Washington some time in the 70's (those days are a bit hazy, if you know what I mean. Hence no specific date.)at the Paramount Theater and it has been one of my favorite memories of concerts from that era. Frank is phenomenal on the guitar.

I am glad to see that he is still active. Rock On!

Forever a fan, Tom

I haven't entered anything on this guess book since 1999. Well, twelve years later.....I turned fifty last August, became a Grandfather of a beautiful baby girl last month and finally bought that ever elusive Ducati. After a layoff, an accident and a couple of career changes I’m headed back to IT where I cut my teeth. All this time and especially now, in my time of lower back pain, short-term memory loss, receding hair line and shrinking nuts, I still get a charge out of listening to your music. I can get in my truck to go to school, feeling like I have a 100lb sack of concrete in my back pack, and after hearing “Runnin Wild” and “Something’s commin our way” that back pack ain’t so heavy and I find I actually have a little spring in my step. Thank you Frank, for sharing your expertise in your art and your craft with us. Frank Marino and Ducati “il suono di tuono italiano!”

Mr. Marino, I first saw you at the Memorial Auditorium in Sacramnto in 1979. I was an instant fan. I love your strong blues flavor. Dragon fly and Strange Dreams are two of my favorites. I Love the Hendrix tunes, and always remembered you playing on your knees for what seemed like an eternity. Roadhouse Blues sticks out in my mind from that show. It still blows me away that the FM stations never gave you the love and respect you deserved. I am looking forward to seing you back in California soon.

I was not aware of you but I heard your recording of Road House on Sirius. It is depressing that an unbelievable talent like you has not had greater recognition. My brother is a guitarist in New Jersey and I will turn him on to you. You are one of the best.

I have all the earlier albums on vinyl and just recently puchased all the earlier work on CD.... I'm revisiting all this great music. I'm recently retired and work part time cleaning a bowling alley midnight to eight and have the house sound system at my disposal. Frank Marino played loud at 4:00 AM keeps me rockin' and workin'. I'm a drummer with Blues Noir...check out Bluesnoir.com.

.........Love Jimi and Frank Marino !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
