I first discovered you when listening through my brothers albums in 1978. I got hooked and you have been my favourite ever since. Tortured my family and friends by listening too many times and too loud I even made an unsuccessful attempt to learn to play guitar. Today I am 46 and I can still play your music too loud in my car because it makes me so happy and full of energy.
Thank you !!!

First heard of you in Germany, in the army in 1977. The album was "Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush "Live". Have been a devoted fan, and will be a devoted fan forever more! Don't know about your connection to Hendrix, and don't care. Only know that you are as good or better than him on his best dAY.

I saw you live here in Phoenix a very long time ago. If I am not mistaken you played with Riot & Def Leapord. It was at an outdoor theater called Compton Terrace. You kicked some fucking ass!!!! That theater is closed now. I have a question . What was the name of the album that had a race car or should I say a funny car on it with the name Mahogany Rush on it? By the way I am 1 year older than you & also a big Jimi Hendrix fan too.

Hi Frank! We are birthday buddies! What is your 2011 tour schedule? My family wants to see the band! (Checkout Rock Jam in Grand Junction, Co., summer of 2011.) Sure would be great if they could get you there. Also Salt Lake, Denver or Phoenix would be the closest places for us to see you.

Thanks for all the great music!
Laura.

The first time I saw you was in Chicago in 1975 at the Aragon Ball. I think Kansas and Steppinwolfe also were there. I just resently saw you at the Sellersville Theater. In my opinion I think you are the most purest guitarist i have ever seen.I am looking forward to your return. hope to hear the live album from Cleveland. Best wishes to you and keep on rockin.

I was very lucky to see Frank Marino in August 1977 for $3.00 in the Paramount Theater, 3,000 capacity and the place to see bands in Portland in those days. it was my 2nd concert ever and I was new to the music scene, he was a huge influence on me and made me want to start playing which I did after seeing him again in July 1979 open for Ted Nugent, a classic duo. But the show in '77 was the best, he was the headliner and at the top of his game, I will never forget the alternating mirrorball and strobelights during what I am pretty sure was "Electric Reflections Of War"Thanks for the memoriessmile
