Hey Frank, I try to sign in at least once a year. You are by far the biggest rock & roll influence in my life. I'm greatfull for this fantastic web site, and I'm hopefull for a tour date in the pac-northwest. Missed you in 78' when you stopped through with Aerosmith. I still regret not going...

My wife and I saw Frank play in Solana Beach CA and also in Capistrano, CA and loved the music. Now we are living in Albuquerque and would love to see hlim play again. The Kimo or Sunshine theatres here would be good venues!

Frank we ate pizza together with Terry Gleason back in a Holiday Inn 77 or 78 after a gig you played in the CapCenter Largo Md. I was a rythm guitarist in a band with Terry Gleason who you know passed away a few years ago (my roomate back in the day) I got sober too a few years later, and never lost sight of your playing and musical soul. I can still listen and be totally entranced. So just wanted to say, thanks for bringing your version of magic to the world. You still rock and keep it going. I still do play and played a big gig with Nils Lofgrin outside at the Lincoln Memorial IN Dc a few years ago. It was really satisfying. I have seen ex MRush players like Jimmy Aoub playing with Nils so thats really neat too. Ok I feel like Chris Farley with Paul McCartney on SNL.

best regards,
Mike

I started listening to Frank Marino's music about 2 1/2 years ago when a friend asked me if I had any Mahogany Rush, at that time I did not have any of Frank's music.
I did some research and bought RealLIVE,which is an incredible CD and an awesome performance from a brillant musican.

I hope Frank does a 2009 tour.

Thanks

I am 33 years old and just recently heard of Frank Marino from a friend of mine who said "you'll dig this guy" and he wasn't lying. I play you're music at the bar jukebox every time I go and people seem to dig it. I hope to see you play live which I'm sure would be a blast.

I've been lucky enough to have seen Frank twice, 1983 and 1986ish. Both concerts were TREMENDOUS!!!!!! (small rock club-Bogarts) 1986 Ronnie Montrose opened the show and was great, but, OMG!!! Then out comes Frank Marino!!!!!I took along a friend "new" to Frank Marino, VERY impressed!!!! Frank ROCKS hard for HOURS!!!! By the end of the show, your ears are ringing , your feet throbbing, your heart pounding and you are completely CHARGED!!! Thanks Frank!!!!!!

Hello Frank,

I am a loyal fan for years. The first time I saw you was at The Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. I used to live in Chicago and now moved to Australia.
I was wondering if you have plans to release a live DVD at some time. I doubt you will ever play over here in Oz but I would sure like some DVD footage to watch you play. Keep rocking Frank because nobody does it better.

Peace Mike

Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush,

My God where do I begin? I have been a fan since day one. I'm 51 yrs on this soil and have been to many shows with the same group of friends. We always look out for the next tour and call each other up on the phone. I have Franks signature on the World Anthem album. He was performing at the Chance in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. on November 2oth or 21st, 1980. My friend Joe Salvino and I waited outside in the cold for Frank to come out. The Bus was right behind us and after about 20 minutes or so the Bus door opened and the driver said what are you guys waiting for. We told him and he said come on in. Well it was such a great moment for us and we always talk about it. So thanks for the great music Frank and the wonderful memories. I am looking forward to having many more.

Keep on Rockin' Brother

Just heard Stories of a Hero with the nice guitar intro on Channel 16 (Deep Tracks) on Sirius on the drive back from Las Vegas. They were featuring the great guitar players of the 21st Century. This song blew me away. Even my wife was impressed and she normally listens to 80's new wave. Had to listen to it twice and it still wasn't enough. Great music to drive to. This one is going to the top of my play list.

I am a long time fan of Frank. I am an American now living in Germany.

I cannot honestly say I have a favorite album because they are all unique and have their own stories.

For those of you who dug him before, like me from a long time ago, I would like to thank you Frank!

Thanks for all you do!
