Hey Frank, I finally had the honor of watching you jam. Me and some friends drove 2 and a half hours to see you at the Cadillac Bar in San Antonio. You did not let us down at all. I am 40 yrs. old and have been going to concerts since the age of 15.That show is probably the best concert that I have ever attended. The sound was amazing and your band was tight. I look forward to the next time you come around the San Antonio area. My favorite song that night was He's Calling. You Rule!!!!

Absolutely outstanding show in Dallas last Thursday. (Even with the blown speaker...ha-ha.) I cannot believe that my bassist had never heard any of your music until now. And now he cannot believe it either! ha New fans all the time man. Even unto this very day.

Peace and Blessings...

Just a quick note to thank Frank and Mahogany Rush for 2 solid hours of musical bliss on 8/29/08. In 30 years of concert attendance, this has to be one of the 10 best shows I've ever seen. Extraordinary effort gentlemen; and by the way, the vilolin really added a melancholy, almost eerie feel to a couple of numbers. Superb!

HI,
I JUST GOT HOME FROM SEEING FRANK MARINO AND CO. DOWN HERE IN CORPUS CHRISI, TX ... THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER SEEING FRANK MARINO AND I'LL TELL YOU, HE 'KICKED ASS'! MY EARS ARE STILL 'RINGING' AS I SAT A LITTLE TOO CLOSE! (HA-HA) ANYWAY, I WAITED AFTER THE SHOW AND GOT FRANK TO AUTOGRAPH MY "MAXOOM" ALBUM. I AM A HUGE TED NUGENT FAN, BUT TONITE, FRANK MARINO WAS 'THE KING'! MY ONLY REGRET IS NOT SEEING HIM YEARS AGO WITH THE ORIGINAL MAHOGANY RUSH. (THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN 'KILLER') LONG LIVE CLASSIC ROCK!

Caught your show in 1976? at Reflections in Cinti. Ohio. Your crew was late , but you made up for it during the performance. Haven't listened to your music in 32 years, but it will be a treat to get caught up. Miss that sonic sound. Great to know that a contemporary didn't get lost in the shuffle and kept true to his muse. Your web site is excellent, rock on with your good self!

Saw the show this past Thursday night (August 28, 2008) and I'm STILL buzzing about it. Stood against the chin-high stage all night, just mesmerized by the man's talent. I was there with my brother, who got me listening to Marino back when we were in high school (1977ish). I've seen Mahogany Rush several times over the years, but something about this show was the best....maybe it was my maturity, I don't know. All I do know, is Frank Marino is THE most underrated, BRILLIANT guitarist ever.
God Bless you, Mr Marino!!!

PS Thanks for the picture!! I felt like a giddy little high school girl (I'm 46 now!) meeting her hero for the first time. (even tho I technically met him about 20 years ago, got an autograph then) That felt great! Love you, man!

laugh Dear Frank,

My son Joel Saltzman played in the band, FULLREV at your gig at The Coach House in San Juan Capistrano. After your first song, he came up to me and said "He", meaning you, "changed My LIFE"!!!! Joel is the lead guitarist and thinks that you are the best guitarist EVER!!!!!! He said your playing is so clean. I was Betty talking to you before the concert and was a professional cellist in my other life. I understand how the music business can work too. I encourage him to pusue his music as much as he wants and can. You were also inspiring for the band before they played prior to you. I must say, I know a genuis and a true musician when I hear one. You are truely that!!!! We enjoyed your concert so much. Thanks again!!! I love how these band members as young as they are, can appreciate great experienced musicians!!!!
Sincerely,
Bettysmile

Sending Texas Greeting to Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush!

Saw your show Thursday in Dallas. It was super. Was able to get to see the one in 2006! The show in 2006, was the first time I had the chance to see you since 1976, at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, Tx. I was thrilled to be able to share it with my wife who is now a great fan.

I have been a long time fan of yours since the 70" and sure do enjoy your music. Wife said About show on Thursday, the bagpipes where totally awesome, did not know it could be done on guitar & Amazing Grace, was heat thrilling. So many different sound from a truly gifted artist. Must be a great joy to you to know you have inspired others.

We look forward to next time as we will wait to say hello in person. Thank you for all your troop support!

Sincerly,
Tim Burpo

There has only been two people who ever volunteered to die for you or anyone else. Jesus Christ & the American G.I. One died for your soul and the other one for your freedom. We all should thank both as they gave a lot for us to have a free country!
