I have several favorite albums of yours, so I just listed my first.
I have seen you twice in San Antonio, Tx. Both times you were at the Municipal Audtorium. It been a long time, seems like 30years.
The first time, the best ticket I could get was the last row.
The last time I saw you, I planned ahead and was in first row! Funny how that worked out.
I remember both shows vividly. The first show ended with you leaving the stage and the guitar kept playing. Nice touch!
The second show also had a very memorable ending.
The encore was a very beautiful and majestic instrumental rendition of O Little Town of Bethlehem followed by an intense Micky Mouse Club Theme song, with piercing eye contact and mischievous grin of virtuoso at play having as much fun as we were having listening to it! Wow! Welcome back to San Antonio, TX , 8/29/08 !

Saw Frank at the Boulton Theatre on Long Island and was thrilled and blown away. Thank you, Frank, for coming here to play. I really hope it is worth your while and you come play for us again soon. I loved the show. And the venue was so small. Nice, intimate place.

I saw your show last night at the Sellersville Theater in Pa. and I have to tell you that it was absolutely awesome. I am a relatively new fan and it was the first time that I saw your band live aand I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. Frank was the best guitarist that I have ever seen and the band was tight and just blew me away. I will be at every show that you do anywhere around Philly in the future. Thanks for a great experience.

I saw Frank a couple nights ago here in Cleveland. Fantastic show. smile I won't give away any setlist details for anyone who hasn't seen the show yet, but it was amazing. Three hours and 10 minutes of some of the best guitar playing you'll hear at this time of night! laugh

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any websites that have Frank's setlists over the last few years on it.

smileI just saw your live show last night, and while I have been a fan since 1974, you blew me away. As good as your live recordings are, they did not prepare me for watching you. The best part of your House of Blues show was the fact that we could stand 10 feet in front of you while you performed. I have been that close during performances by Jeff Beck, Eric Claption, B.B. King, Carlos Santana, Jeff Healey and Al DiMeola. You certainly hold your place among the greats!

Frank, you have to come to Fredericton, New Brunswick and play the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival. They hold the festival every year in September and Mahogany Rush would make a great headliner for Friday or Saturday night. Last year Gov't Mule played there and this year Derek Trucks, Buddy Guy and Grace Potter & The Nocturnals are headling different nights, so it's too late this year but maybe next. Anyway, hope to see you there next year!! We need a new CD and a live DVD!! Rock on and God bless!!

(think i'm gonna hurl!!!!)Preeaching to the choir, with so many reeally outstanding axemen (and so much subjectivity driven by mood blah blah)
guess one shouldn't omit the politics of bullshit, producers, labels etc
