I'm a fan of such Guitarists like Jimi, Frank Zappa, Steve Vai, John Petrucci,Alex Leifson. I have been a "Mahogany Rush" fan since they began. I grew up in Western NY, and now reside in Las Vegas. There's a female impersonator here by the same name (Frank Marino), and there are websites that are advertising that Frank M (Guitar God from Canada) will be at the Imperial Palace, when it's this other fella... so depressing it was to learn that Mahogany's Frank wasn't the one... I was looking forward to seeing you play again! The last time I saw the band was in the early 80's? late 70's maybe??

Any tour plans at all?

I'll always be a fan Frank...

JD

Started listening to Frank in the late '70's. Got a chance to see him at the Alabamahalle in Munich inthe early 80's (still have the ticket stub!) Aweesome music, still love it, getting a lot on CD now so I can take it with me! Even turning my kids, age 17 and 11, on to Mahogany Rush. Glad I found this site. Rock on!

You came to Austin, TX after the release of Live. I was 3rd row center at Municpal Auditorium. The show ranks in may top 3 of all of 500 plus concerts over the years. Austin did not have a rock station then and so I would tune into 99.5 KISS in San Antonio for new stuff. On the back of the Live album, you mentioned KISS FM and that sold me. Joe Anthony was the Godfather of rock in those days and I owe it to him in turning Central Texas onto many bands, like yourself. Joe is long gone......but you still rock Mr. Marino.....and I thank you for it. Im 52 now. I hope you come back around once again to Austin. The city has grown since......Stevie Ray is gone. Blues still rings loud here. I hope your health remains and I again hope you do make it back to Austin, TX. If so, I will be there....3rd rowish...middle. Thanks for reading..............It is a Strange Universe !! 7/2012

Wow ! I listened to you when I was a teenager and loved your sound. Now I'm 50 and have several of your vinyls. I put Tales of the Unexpected on today and had a flashback , then wondered what Frank was doing today. I went on the internet and found this site, I am proud that you are Canadian- we Rock !

laugh Hello, folks! It's been quite a while since I last visited the Forum Pages. I wonder if we will ever get the DVD from the Agora Theatre shows. Does anybody have a clue about the probable release date? Good fortune to all of you, guys. smile
