Hi Frank ! I used to jam (drummer) all the time with an old buddy of yours, Jimmy Sample. Last night I jammed at the Mayfair Tavern with your (Mahogany Rush) bass player, with other jammers, then just the bass and drums. We had a blast !
It would be cool to hear from you !

Take care,
Marty

I recently heard Franks music, and was blown away by how good it is! This is the kind of music that I love. No one makes music like this anymore, and his music touched me and made me feel good! I would love to see Frank and Mahogany Rush! Come toWashington State!

I first saw Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush at the first Texas World Music Festival held at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas,Tx. way back in 1977(I think). The show then was phenomenal as was the one that Ellen and I saw here in Mobile a few years back at the Temple.
I'm ashamed to say that the crowd was extremely small, but all those who are fans of great guitar playing and were not there , truly missed a magnificent concert experience.
Frank and his band came out and blew the walls off of the place for 3 hours without a break and left us all screaming for more.
Even though the crowd was small, they all came out after the show and did a "meet and greet" with those of us who were fortunate enough to be there. Look forward to seeing you again,Frank. Keep on Rockin', man!

I saw the band several times during the 70's & 80's. Always enjoyed it and never dissapointed. I remember the bassist wearing a shoulder holster with what appeared to be a snub nosed .38. Cool!

I have enjoyed your music for over 30 years and let me thank you. I've seen you in Beaumont(1977), Houston(1978), the Texxas Jam(1978), and Beaumont again in 1980 with Humble Pie, Angel, and Mother's Finest. I would love to find the set lists for the 1977 and 1978(Houston) shows. Once again, thank you for all the great music you have put out over the years.

Hard to pick a favorite album, Strange Universe, Child of the Novelty, Mahogany Rush IV and Live 1978 are all favorites. Saw you years ago in St. Louis the Star Spangled Banner was incredible. The entire set was unreal. You are the White Hendrix. Saw him in Denver in 1969 also incredible.

hey frank, just wanted to say that I have recently been going through a tough time in my life like many Americans but music has been one of the saving graces in my life that has developed into such a beloved passion of mine as I have gotten older. I remember listening to bands and people like rage against the machine, acdc, Hendrix, Clapton and so on and just remember thinking now that's music but now I feel as if my generation has been brainwashed by disney and wmg into brainlessly loving their mainstream funded crap. Anyways it just feels good to listen to true artists such as yourself in these times of Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus. cool
