Joined today to keep tabs. I met the love of my life almost 20 years ago in a dive bar in a podunk town. I'm sitting there having a beer and all these long hairs come walking in with music equipment. ('long hairs' is a compliment to me) I tell you what, you could have knocked me over with a feather when they played Crazy Miss Daisy. It just didn't make sense. The only music you usually heard there was, well, not yours. Well, I've always been a fan of guitar players so I dug him immediately. Timing was never there (of course I never told him either) so we became friends. Things changed in Dec. 09. Its a love for the ages. But anyway, I would do anything for him. He lost his best friend and drummer of 30 years in Jan. 2010. I was worried, but he still picks up his guitar everyday. He's one of the most humble people I have ever known and you are probably his biggest influence. A few weeks ago, he thanked my brother for turning me onto you because your music is something that bonded us way back when. He would never send you a message and doesn't know I am. I'm not so shy. I asked him if he could ask Frank Marino one question, what would it be? Without hesitation, he said, "Can I jam with you just on one song?" So, if you are ever in Indiana, let me know. Just want you to know about someone else you impacted with your music. Rock on! Susie
