Frank,
I miss the hell out of you!! I saw you @Rams Head Tavern in 2008 Oct. and waited around for you to sign my copy of RealLive... some goofy woman was talking about how Chris Duarte plays in a way that makes her excited and that most guitar heroes don't... but she did say you made her feel the same way. I told you that you shouldn't be mentioned in the context of players like that.... .
Jimi is long gone and SRV too; and quite frankly I like what you've done way more than SRV. You are the last living / touring guitar hero .. period.
i keep listening to your first live album and also to Real LIve (particularly Prayer for Peace). You have taken my breath away since 1987, the first time I heard you on the radio.
I keep checking this page for your next tour in the NE US, but 2010 didn't show anything. I just hope you are physically well; please know that there are diehards still craving another fix of your live performances!!
I LOVE hearing you wail-- you play it the way I love guitar and with a feel and soulfulness that no one can come close to matching today. your body of recorded /released work alone puts you in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame!!!

Please let us FM-MH junkies know when your next show is... i'm tempted to drive to Toronto from Phila .. if i knew you were playing.

Would love to see you tour the UK.

Bought your live album as a teenager late 70's and it blew me away.

Great to see that you are still doing the business!

Have not seen Frank and MR since the late 70's. They used to play a place here in south Florida called the Miami/Hollywood Sportatorium which was actually in Pembroke Pines or Unincorporated Broward County FL at the time. Any body else remember these shows ? I recall seeing them a few times there. Great shows. Frank and the band really played some great shows. Most of the shows were very similar to the Live 1978 album.Usually with The Answer and Dragonfly at the top of the set list and World Anthem and Purple Haze at the bottom. Some shows they opened and others they closed. Things are a bit sketchy for me in the details dept. It was the 70's ya know. So... nuff said. I do remember the SG's setup with what looked like some of the first wireless systems. I saw a small antenea. So....How much do you remember ?

Have been a fan and admirer for a very long time. Saw him the first time in 1978/79 in Washington DC. Went to both shows back to back days and the second time was even more incredible then the first. He is just simple amazing. Live in Germany and would love to see him here someday.

I have written before, but I just want to say again, Frank is such a great guitar player that I sometimes cannot stand it. Sometimes I just have to turn it off and walk away because it is so damn good, if that makes any sense at all. His playing overwhelms me. His talent overwhelms me. If that sounds......whatever........ so be it. smile

Hi, I've been missing out on Frank for a long time. I remember the last show I saw, here in Indy. Angel, Mother's Finest, and Frank at the Convention Center. I was in front row by the speaker wall. The two days of deafness that followed were totally worth it. I would love to see Frank play again. Maybe there is a DVD? If you tour, I"ll find a way to come and see you. So many nights playing those Mahogany Rush albums. Glad to know you're still slinging that six string. Keep it up!
