I knew I wasn't alone.I knew I wasn't the only entity out there that didn't give a rats' ass what the "Industry" said I must listen to , buy or bully other people into praising. You're not alone either, Frank, I've loved your stuff since before most of these "new" types were born. I'm VERY happy to see the rest of your catalog available on CD FINALLY! You are also an inspiration to those of us who fought the "Industry" and lost. Rock Infinitum, Master Frank!

My cousin and I started listening to Frank's music in 75, and fell in love with it. We played that Child of the Novelty almost till the needle cut all the way through it. We saw them live in Dallas in '76 and it was THE BEST concert we've have ever been too. We need you Frank. In this day of No- talent No- creativity so-called bands, MAN! would it be refreshing to hear your music live again . I hope you will go on tour again, Texas loves you!

Seeing Frank in a small club in Orlando in 1983,Tom's Point After. It was so much better than an arena . Eye contact baby!!!!! 2 solid hours of kick ass jams from the Juggernaut tour, thanks Frank!! Your music has so many emotional connections and memories for me, even 25 years later . I really appreciate the gifts that you create and give us all.

what can I say??? Frank turned me on to the music industry back in the early seventies....Ive seen him in concert halls and night clubs....eleven times here in the US, NO, Im not a groupie, just a bass player who really appreciates the mind boggling riffs that Marino is so capable of, and the legend he has created for musicians everywhere!!! My only regret is that so many have not heard of him..... Hey Frank!!! Keep it up, and we'll be looking for more of the great stuff!!!!! Be Easy!!!! Russ

The guy can improvise like he's hard wired to the cosmos. I have always respected Franks playing and am very happy to hear all's well. Love the jazzy stuff!!! Adios

I also liked the album "Child of the Novelty"...but I'll always wonder what the strange, phased voice was saying over the instrumental portion of "Strange Universe." My second favorite song after "Strange Universe" (which I saw Mahogany Rush play on "Midnight Special") is "Guit war." After reading Marino's brief but eloquent stance on today's political events I appreciate him twice a much now. Hook 'em horns / guns up Red Raiders! Kurt J. Wayne

I first heard Frank on a local college station one night. When I heard the song they were playing, I thought to myself "Cool, they must have released some new Hendrix material" You can imagine my shock when the DJ came on after the song and said the name of the artist. At this time Hendrix had been gone for five years and the only other artist that sounded remotely like him was Robin Trower. I immediately set about buying every album of Frank`s that I could find. One night in late 1976 I was listening to that same radio station and they were announcing a concert. Fleetwood Mac was going to appear at the University of Illinois in Champaign. My whole world came to a stop for about five minutes when they announced who would be opening the show. At that time I was fairly poor and it was very hard for me to scrap up the money for the ticket. I was beside myself for several weeks, counting down the days till the concert. I left work early that day so that I could get there early enough to get a good seat. When I got there the concert staff made me turn in my camera. The seat that I ended up with was in the 5th row, but so far over to one side I could only see half the stage. The final blow came about two hours before the show started. I overheard a couple of the security guys saying that Frank had cancelled and wasn`t going to show. To make it even worse, they brought some country and western band down from Chicago to fill in at the last minute. It was definately a night to remember. The only thing that made the trip worthwhile was when Stevie Nicks walked out on stage. What a babe. Anyway..till this day I still haven`t seen Frank in concert and soon after it seemed like he just disappeared off the face of the earth. I still like his music a great deal and if by some chance Frank reads this..I just want him to know that I still believe he is the best. Thanks for all the music and the memories. I hope your new album comes out soon I`m looking forward to hearing it.......Edward.

I saw Frank and the Rush, I guess, in 1975 or 1976 here in Birmingham, Alabama. I will never forget the show, he opened for who cares, Frank and i made eye contact and that was the ultimate, I was blown away. It's amazing to me that I can still remember that show because I went to just about every show that we were lucky enough to get here in alerbammer!! and burned a few brain cells along the way. Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush are forever etched in my mind, Thank you!

Dear Frank, Ok, lets get down to business. In Spain the 60's just started now in the 90's, Franco was a busy man! You see I live in Valencia and yes we do get concerts of Johhny Winter, BB King, Deep Purple etc... My question is: Could we expect a Frank Marino live performance in Spain in lets say the coming 2 years!? You have fans here in the old continent too!!! What I propose is that you make some holidays in Spain, and in weekend you perform. Well hope to hear from you. Kind regards, Robert Briels Valencia - Spain
