Frank Marino inspired me to follow my dreams...when I first hears the sound of Land of 1000 Nights I knew I wanted to be like Frank and kick ass onstage with a Gibson guitar...I got my wish and it's better than I ever imagined it would be..I named my band Blue Lightning, we play everything from Robert Johnson to Alice in Chains with a ton of Hendrix inbetween...Thanx Frank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy birthday, half way to 90 years old, almost a half a century! Just wakin up must be a good day. If that didn't cheer you up, just think who was president when you were born , (if you can't that's because of the short term memory loss). Live long string bender!

Happy 45th birthday Frank! Youre not too old to rock n' roll and way too young to die. I Hope your new project is going well, I am really looking forward to hearing some of your new material. Many fans here in Vancouver will support you on the road in the new millennium. The famous Commadore Ballroom has just re-opened after four years of darkness and we would love to see you there in the new year. Best wishes on your 45th. May God bless you and your family. Happy Birthday Frank from a fellow Scorpio in the UK. First heard Power of Rock and Roll on the Tommy Vance rock show back in the early eighties. To this day it is still one of my all time fav albums. Then bought the classic live album - I used to listen to the guitar solo very loadly, much to my parents annoyance! Over the years I've picked up all the other albums through second hand record shops. In fact I only found "IV" last Saturday (14/11/99) which I treated my self to for my birthday (32 - getting old!) I keep "Power", "Whats next" and the live albums on tape in the car and they are constantly being played. Also looking forward to hearing the new album - can't wait! Any chance of visiting the UK at some point? There's some great rock/blues clubs in London you could play. Hope you have a great Birthday and wish you and your family all the best for the future. Cheers Mark Winks P.S. Remember "We Ain't Dead Yet" - are we?

First, I'd like to wish Frank A HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Glad you could make it this far my friend & hope you have many more! Congratulations, to those of you who have been fortunate enough to witness the artistry, energy and electricity of one such as he. You, who have not yet seen this marvel, be prepared for the ride! Just remember, those of you who call yourself fans, may have to go out of your way to see him "IF" he decides to tour. Show your support and take the opportunity to do so, theres no substitute!! I have been a fan since '75 and I've taken advantage of him touring on 5 occasions, never once being dissipointed. Good luck on your upcoming release Frank! With our support who knows, maybe someone with a conscious in the media will awaken from their "STRANGE DREAMS!" They may have the courage to say they've discovered something outside the unconscious world of the mainstream. Its called ROCK & Roll! Oh, by the way, who of you out there could really choose just one album as your favorite? Yea, I thought so!
