Frank;s music is very inspiring. It is also unmatched by any of today's joke of bands. I wish I could get ahold of Juggernaut and What's next. My kids wrecked my Lp's one day when I was at work. They are fortunate to still be with us (no I wasn't really going to kill them). Anyway now they are kicking themselves because they would like to listen to them as well. That proved to me that Frank's music would stand the test of time. It is not often that a band or musician can inspire more than one generation. If Frank really ever does read this then let him know that despite how awesome a new album would be, he doesn't need to prove himself to anybody. He has already accomplished so much musically. Definetely a man with soul. I just hope that he is pleased with my inquisitions. For who would be so ignorant as to anger the god of the guitar? Not me.

When he starts singing it just jells together and kind of grabs you. Then he plays these flurries of notes with so much passion and emotion. He conveys everything in the world that he is feeling at that perticular point in time in a matter of measures, with his finger tips. If only both my hands knew as much as one of his. He is a true guitar hero to me and alot of others.

Hey FRANK, Whats going on? Ijust want to thank you for the many years of bad ass, kick ass, true to the soul ROCK&ROLL!!!!! I"ve been a fan since 78. and not too long after that you went underground, it was kinda hard to keep up with you but none the less i did. YOU made a big differense in my life. I started playing guitar in 1980 . My older brother had a gibson guitar and would mess around with it but could"t play for shit! so I would sneak in his room when he was at work and start to learn on my own. THEN one day he came home early and found me in his room!! Him and his buddies were all stoned and he told to get the fuck out! I told him,HEY man cool out! just give me a chance to show you what i can do. so his buddies said YEA man, lets hear the little fucker play. so then i put on jonnie b. goode on the turntable and started to play just like you!! well, almost!!! this blew all of them away!!! Well since then I"ve played in several bands and still playing today. As for my brother? well he still has that guitar ,but still cant play it! anyway, thanks for the insperation man !!!!!YOUR THE FUCKING BEST!!!!!! ROCKING RALO>...

What is there to say? Simpily the best gutarist still alive today. The different licks are so intriguing that they lack description. I've been a fan ever since the first album and have every one but Juggernaut-can't find it-Strange Dreams.Child of Novelty is also a favorite of mine. Making my Wave. Actually I have gotten all the CD's that I can find and still have the vinyl. I only wish Mahogany Rush would reunite and breath power back into a lack luster music scene. I've seen the group twice and was left awestruck each time. They Blew all the other bands off the Stage. Those are wonderful memories that I will always cherish and I feel priviledged to have witnessed raw talent with out a lot of gimmickery. I always referred to Marino as Fast Fingered Frank and hear a lot of the immortal Hendrix in his soul. Frank if you ever read this just know that you are sorely missed and that your talent far exceeds the understanding of a corrupt CBS- See I'm Stuck in my ways- TEE

I sent you an e-mail a minute ago, I hope it was well received. I've seen you live three times. The first time was when Foreigner, Ted Nugent and Yourself were scheduled for the Birmingham (Alabama) Civic Center, but were moved at the last minute to the Municipal Auditorium. I don't know if you were aware of this but Ted was in the right wing of the stage watching you and just shaking his head whenever you ran through one of your extremely complex scales like it was a bar chord. The second time was with Humble Pie in the Dothan (Alabama) Civic Center. I had an idea of what to expect but I had no idea of the effect you would have on the audience. After the show, people were walking around with a look of shock on their faces; still trying to figure out if what they had just seen and heard was real. The third time was with April Wine and Aerosmith in the Birmingham Civic Center and as always, you mesmerized the audience, leaving them in disbelief. I am once again, begging you to please try to include the Raleigh-Durham area in your next tour. Because of the local radio stations, these people down here are so culturally deprived. Please come down and awaken them.

It is the perfect example of what can be done with a guitar, I only got to see the band once....early eighties....and they smoked all the following acts.Humble Pie came on after 2 or 3 encors and ole Marroit had to say something nasty to the front row because they were still buzzing to M.RUSH. Oh well...............Frank you're one of the ORIGINALS....... you will not be forgotten. Dan K.

Frank's music sends shivers up my spine and the hairs on my arm stand straight up every time I listen to those blistering leads that no one on this entire earth can ever duplicate. I have argued the point of Frank being the best for many many years now and I will still hold true to my beliefs till the day I die. And that's a fact Jack!!!!!!!!! I collect any and all Frank memmorabilia I can get my hands on no matter what the cost. That's how much Frank's music means to me. I would like to hear "Little Sexy Annie" "Broken Heart Blues" and "Ditch Queen" as my fantasy encore set for when Frank comes to southern Calif on his next tour.A big cheers to you Frank and keep on ROCKIN'. ALL MY BEST TONY (Rob Howell's friend) By the way, how is Rob?

I was turned to Frank by an old friend as soon as Child Of The Novelty came out.Being a Hendrix fanatic I fell in love with Mahogany Rush.My only chance to see him was at the Boston Garden when he opened for Ted Nugent. It had to be the worst concert I ever attended.Only because Frank played for about 20 minutes and I hated Ted Nugent.I was fortunate to see Hendrix in 69-a complete show.I will say honestly that I was disappointed when the name changed to Frank Marino&Mahogany Rush.I know it was Frank's band, music and all,but it just didn't sit right with me.The first cds I was able to get were Child and Strange Universe from an import catalog years ago made on the(German?) Repetroire label.I still swear to this day that these were cut from lps not tapes. Is there any cds today manufacured from the original master tapes?I would pay almost anything to get Strange Universe done from the Master.I did just get IV this week from cdnow and it sounds great. Thanks for listening! Pete

I`ve been into Frank`s music for about 25 years now,but I`ve only managed to see him once,at Port Vale,UK 1981,which absolutely blew me away."The Power of R&R" is my favourite album, its also his most under rated in my oppinion. Frank does`nt get to the UK much.I think 15 years ago was the last time. How about some dates in the North East of England Frank!!!!!!!!
